Join Cub Scout Adventures on a 5 day adventure full of fun, excitement, and advancement. You will arrive each morning for a day full of thrilling activities and each afternoon you’ll return to your home and tell stories to all those who did not join you on your adventure. Cub Scouts should bring their lunch.

All Cub Scout and Webelos Day Camps are for Scouts going into Kindergarten through 5th grades in the fall. Please indicate grade and rank in fall of 2021 on registration.

Camp Fees are

$165 per Scout by April 15; $195 by May 15; $215 beginning May 16 Camp registration will close two weeks prior to camp, or when full.

Fee covers the cost of all necessary supplies for crafts, accident and liability insurance and a camp t-shirt and patch provided at camp.

A confirmation with more details including what to bring will be sent when we are closer to camp. Please be sure you read this letter as it will have more information and the list of what to bring and forms needed for camp. You will be notified of camp time in your confirmation.

Every Cub Scout and adult must have a completed and current BSA Annual Health and Medical Record form, parts A & B.

Those who will be Lions in Sept (going into Kindergarten) will be a special den. Lions and Tigers must have an adult parent/guardian present with them in their den at all times. If parents are helping in other parts of camp then 18 year old siblings, aunts, uncles, grandparents, or others who parents assign may be present.

The San Francisco Bay Area Council provides a carefully selected, fully-trained central camp staff to conduct an exciting and meaningful program full of advancement opportunities for every Scout. The central staff includes, but is not limited to: a Camp director, Program Director, Certified First Aider, and adult and junior program aides. Packs are required to provide a minimum of 1 adult for each group of 4 Cub Scouts. Please indicate on your registration which day(s) you plan to attend.

Some camps have a Family event where camp begins later in the day and extends through dinner. Your camp confirmation will let you know if your camp has a Family event.

Cancellation Policy

FOR ALL CAMPS AND EVENTS Effective September 4, 2012 A great deal of advance planning and advance purchasing takes place for all programs and events of the San Francisco Bay Area Council during the months and weeks prior to an event, (facility rentals, supplies, staff hiring, food contracting, and program material acquisition.) Because of this the SFBAC has had to renew its refund policy. 1. Refunds requested two weeks (14 days) prior to an event/camp may receive up to an 80% refund. One week prior (7 days) to your event/camp receive a 60% refund. Within seven (7) days of the event/camp there will be no refund. Any refund will be based on the following criteria: 2. Types of refunds considered: serious illness or injury (a doctors certification required) or death in immediate family. Refunds are not given for no-shows, conflict of schedule (such as sports events, out of country trips), weather conditions, or behavior issues occurring before or during the event/camp. No requests accepted after September 1st. 3. Refunds will be returned to the person(s) or entity from which the funds were received. Refund requests should be sent to: San Francisco Bay Area Council, 1001 Davis Street, San Leandro CA 94577. Please include: participants name, unit, number, district, address, contact phone number, name of event and date or session of event.
